Ukrainian legislation suffers from two factors. The first – the people who knowingly violate the law. The second – the Ukrainians who do not know the laws of the state, so allow others to violate them.

The less we know about our rights, the more these rights are violated.

The fairest laws can not function if people do not take them as basic rules in all spheres of public life. Knowledge of the laws and the ability to appeal to them properly create a legal society. Law is a requirement. Only if all equally respect these requirements, the legal society functions.
