Are we satisfied with the work of housing and communal services?

Every month we pay a certain amount for housing and communal services. Only in 2015 the Ukrainians shelled out almost UAH62 billion for the benefits of civilization. In exchange for timely payment municipal enterprises undertake a commitment to maintain building surrounding grounds in order, to ensure the stable operation of elevators and timely supply of water, heat and electricity to our homes. But if we ask ourselves whether we are satisfied with the level of housing and utility services, the answer is "No!"

DO RENDERED SERVICES CORRESPOND TO THE MONEY PAID?

More than two-thirds of housing in Ukraine was built in the 1970s. More than a third of the residential buildings urgently need extensive repairs. Housing and communal services is today perhaps the only sector of the economy, which is not affected by market reforms. It works after the worst examples of Soviet times. This situation has come about through the total lack of competition and transparency of financial operations in this field.
